A. Information about the right of withdrawal
I. Right of withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hello Body GmbH, Friedrichstraße 79, 10117 Berlin, Germany, phone: +49(0)30 208982250, email: info[at]hellobody.de) in a clear explanation (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To do this you may – but are not obliged to – use the attached sample withdrawal form.
In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you submit your notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
II. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, then we must refund you for any payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification from you of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you we will use the same payment method as the one you used for the original transaction; under no circumstances will you be charged a fee for this refund.
We may refuse to refund payments until we have received the goods or until you have furnished proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the 14-day period. We will bear the cost of returning the goods if you return the goods with the return labels offered by us. In all other cases you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods only if such diminished value is attributable to a handling of the goods which was not necessary to examine their condition, properties and functionality.

B. Special information
If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both agreements form a single economic unit. This can be assumed in particular if we simultaneously function as your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the withdrawal becomes effective, then with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return, your lender will assume our rights and duties under the financed contract. The latter shall not apply if the object of the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, please exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement (if you also have a right of withdrawal under that contract).
Returns after withdrawal and in the case of complaints
Please note the following general information for returns:
Importance notice: compliance with this information is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the “Withdrawal” section.
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in their original packaging along with all accessories. If you no longer have the original packaging, other suitable packaging should be used so as to provide adequate protection against damage in transit and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage caused by defective packaging.
Please note that we can only issue refunds for unopened products!
If your order included any free products, please also return these to us for a full refund of the purchase price. If you keep parts of the products, we can only give you a partial refund.
Returns after withdrawal from the contract:
If you wish to return an order free of charge by exercising your right of withdrawal, you can easily request your free return labels online. Please note that your return will only be free of charge if you use the return label generated as described below. Otherwise, you will have to pay for the return, as we are unfortunately unable to refund any other shipment costs.
Here’s how to return your order free of charge:
Step 1: Please select your country below and enter your order number and address to generate the return label.
Step 2: Please print out the return label sent to you by email and attach it to the outside of the packaging of the items you wish to return. You can take the package to your nearest post office to return it to us free of charge.
Step 3: Please notify us here immediately that you have returned the package to us. To do that, please use the contact form selecting the reason “Return package” and tell us which products you have returned to us. It is essential that you provide us with your order number.
If your country of delivery is not listed above, please contact our customer service team to arrange the return.
Your payment will be refunded as soon as your package has arrived at our warehouse and been checked.
Please note that, unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the original payment method you selected.
Returns in the case of complaints:
If articles are damaged (e.g. broken glass) or otherwise defective, you can of course submit a complaint. To do this, please contact our customer service team using the contact form.
