How do I create an account?

When placing your first order, please tick the box “Create an account”. This option allows you to create your customer account and choose a password. Your password is confidential and you will need to remember it to log in.

Why do I need an account?

A personal account allows you to easily access your order details and check the shipping status.

Why can’t I log into my account?

It is possible that you didn’t create an account on our website. Double check your inbox to make sure you received a confirmation email from us. Please note that, even if you don’t create an account when placing your order, you will still receive a confirmation email containing all the information needed to track your order.

If you wish to create an account, you can do so when you place your next order.
