Are the HelloBody products Cruelty-Free ?

At HelloBody, we love animals and are fully engaged on offering products that are not tested on animals. All of our products have the Cruelty-Free label.

What skin types are HelloBody products suitable for?
Our products are natural and respectfull to all skin-types. If you have a very sensitive skin, we advise you to test the product beforehand on your neck or the crook of your elbow (where the sking is the thinnest) the make sure there are no reaction with your skin.
Are there some side effects to using HelloBody products ?
Our products are safe, natural and organic and dermatologically tested and approved. Nevertheless, every person and skin type is unique and allergies can occur. In this case we advise you to stop using the procduct immediately.
Is the solid texture of the products with coconut oil normal ?
Since we use only natural ingredients and no chemical softeners or preservatives it can occassionally occur that in extreme weather our natural oils become a bit solid (winter) or a bit liquid (summer). This does in no case affect the quality of the product! You can let it adjust itself to room temperature and it will become as perfect as before 😉

Can I use your products during adolescence ?
Our products are natural and don’t have any notable side-effects. A lot of young girls use them during adolescence.

How can I use the Glow scrubs ?

All our Scrubs have numerous positive effects on your skin:

  • The contained coffee stimulates your skin and activates your blood flow so natural aging processes of your skin are slowed down
  • Coconut Oil is full of valuable proteins that contribute to health and elasticity of your skin cells
  • Almond Oil soothes itching and unpleasant skin inflammations

We recommend using the Glow scrubs 3 times a week maximum. Massage gently with your hand.

The Coco Glow stained my shower/bathtub, what should I do?
You tried everything but you can’t get the stains off ? We have the miracle solution for you : just pour some white vinegar and baking soda on the stains and leave for a few minutes. Then juste scrub and rince it off 🙂 Safe and natural !

Can I use the Coco Shine Hair Mask on my hair extensions?

You sure can! Our Coco Shine Hair Mask is made of 100% of natural oils. It is extremely beneficial for natural hair, as well as hair extensions.

Can I use the Coco Shine Hair Mask on dyed hair?
The coconut oil moisturizes and protects dyed hair by adding a protective layer. During the application it may make your hair color seem less bright, but as soon as you wash it off and dry it, your hair will return to its original beautiful colour.
My hair is still oily after shampooing my hair, what should I do?
Some Hair types can need shampooing twice after having applied our Coco Shine Hair Mask. This is due to all the rich and natural ingredients – don’t worry, absolutely no harm for your hair! 😉

My hair is naturally oily, can still use the Coco Shine?
You can of course still use it – please in any case make sure to apply it to the tips and the ends of your hair. Keep in mind: our Coco Shine Hair Mask is mainly for Hydration. 😉

The Coco Clear Mud Detox Mask is burning my skin, is it normal?

The purifying effects of the Coco Clear provokes light tingles. That is due to its’ detoxifying clay that works its’ magic towards your pores. If it causes pain, itching or burning sensations though, please don’t hesitate to remove it of course! In this very rare case, we’re sorry your skin does not like our product 🙁

What if I accidentally eat some Coco Kiss ?

Our Coco Kiss looks wonderful, smells wonderful, has wonderful effects – and it tastes wonderful! Our ingredients are natural and won’t cause any side effect. Please only hold yourself back to take whole scoops 😉

How can I make an order ?

1. Fill your basket – products and coupons
Clicking on “Add to basket” allows you to select the products you wish to order. It is possible to update your selection at any moment by modifying quantities, and adding or removing products. Don’t forget to “update basket” before proceeding to check out.

You can add a coupon if you have one. By clicking on “apply coupon” the amount of you basket will be automatically refreshed. It is not possible to combine coupons.

The link “proceed to checkout” allows you to get to the next step.

2. Check out – address and payment
If you already have an account, log in with your email and password. You can register as a new customer by checking the box reserved for this purpose, at the bottom of the page. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfil your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Enter you billing address. It will be used as default as your shipping address.If you wish to hve your order shipped to a different address, check the box reserved for this purpose and enter your shipping address. You can then select the payment method you wish to use.

3. Place your order
Check if all the information provided is correct, read and accept the terms & conditions in order to finalise your order. Click on “Place order”. Thank you for ordering !

How can I use a promotional code?

Our coupons, or discount codes, can not be combined. That’s why you can onls use one coupon per order.
Insert your code in the area reserved for this purpose. By clicking on “apply coupon” the amount of you basket will be automatically refreshed.

Think about adding your coupon before paying for your order. One the order is confirmed, you will not be able to change it !

Shipping

How can I track the shipping of my order ?

When you make an order on www.hellobody.co.uk and chose to pay with PayPal or credit card, you receive an email confirmation that your order has been approved. In this email you will find your order number, the sum up of your order as well as your billing and shipping address. When you choose to pay with bank transfer, your get a first email with our bank details for you to make the transfer. Once we receive your payment, you receive an email confirmation that your order has been approved.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you receive a second email in which you can find a link that allows your to follow the shipment of your order in real time, as well as your actual DHL tracking number.

If you have not received any shipping confirmation after 10 days, please contact our customer care.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times ?

The shipping costs and taxes are estimated and updated during the purchase process. They are based on your billing and shipping address.

The shipping fees are :

  • 3,90€ for the UK, France and overseas territories, Germany, Italy, Swizerland, Belgium, Austria, Poland, and Luxembourg. For orders over 40€, shipping fees are free !
  • 9,90€ for other European countries. For orders over 60€, shipping fees are free !
  • 19,90€ for the rest of the world. For orders over 100€, shipping fees are free !

Our delivery times may vary. Once your order has been accepted, please count 1 to 3 days for your order to be processes at our warehouse.
From the moment your package is shipped and you receive your shipping confirmation email, please count :

  • 2 to 4 days of delivery for the UK and other European countries (without handling time at customs)
  • up to 15 days for french overseas territories (without handling time at customs)
  • 4 to 6 day for the rest of the world (without handling time at customs)

If you have not received any shipping confirmation after 10 days, please contact our customer care.

My shipping address is too long, what should I do ?

Adresses with more than 35 characters are not accepted by our logistic partners. If your address is too long, please use acronyms (st : street, ave : avenue, rd : road, etc) in order to make it shorter. You can add additional information in the space reserved for this purpose.

What can I do if my package is returned to the expeditor ?

If your tracking shows that your package is “returned to the expeditor”, it is possible that the address you communicated to us was wrong or incomplete. Please contact our customer service team and give us your order number, your tracking code and your complete address (the recipient must be the person who’s family name is on the letterbox) – we will programm a reshipment.

What can I do if my tracking number says 'package delivered', but I have not received my package ?

It is possible that you were not at home for the delivery. In this case, please check your mailbox to see if the carrier left a delivery note. Your package could be at your neighbours or your caretaker.

If you can’t seem to find your package, please contact our customer care.

I received damaged goods, what should I do ?

We are really sorry when this happens! Unfortunately sometimes our products get damaged during the trip. Please contact us selecting the item as the subject of the message “Damaged Products” and attaching a photo of the damaged products. In this way we could arrange a replacement shipment at our expense.

How can I create an account ?

On your first order, you can check the box “create an account”, that allows your to create your customer account by choosing a password. It is confidential and you will need it to log in next time your wish to order.

What is the purpose of having an account ?

Your account allows your to easily access all your orders and check their status.

I can't log in to my account, what can I do ?

If you can’t log into your account, it’s certainly because you have not created an account during your first order (by checking the box “create account which allows your to choose a password). Nevertheless, if your have indicated your email address, your will receive an email confirming your order has been accepted, as well as an email confirming the shipment of your package (with a link to follow its transit).

If your wish to create an account, you will be able to do so on your second order ! You can check the box “create an account”, that allows your to create your customer account by choosing a password. It is confidential and you will need it to log in next time your wish to order.
